This raises the level of competition as the losing team must do fitness while the other 2 teams get to play. - King's Court is set up as a scrimmage 4 v 4 or 5 v 5. - 30 x 40 yards and 2 goals. - 3 teams of 4-5 players. - 2 teams play while 3rd team jogs around outside of field (or another form of fitness). - When a goal is scored the losing team switches with team doing fitness.

THE KING’S RULES. King of the court is played with a total of 5 teams, 2 will be in the field, the others will be waiting their turn outside the Court. There is a kingside of the court and a challengers side. Which team will start where is determined by the drawing of lots. Each rally will start with a serve from the team at the challengers side.
