What we collect
Your name, phone number and pickup address, because we need them to collect and return your appliance. The short clip and any photos you attach to a booking, because they tell the technician what is wrong. Notes about the repair itself, so we can honour the warranty.
What we use it for
Running your repair and nothing else. Updates, estimates and receipts arrive on WhatsApp at the number you gave us. We do not sell your details and we do not hand them to advertisers.
Who else sees it
Some repairs are done at a fixthis partner workshop rather than one of our own dark stores, whichever is nearer to you. That workshop sees your first name, the order number and what is wrong with the appliance. It does not see your address or your phone number, because our own rider does the collection and the return.
How long we keep it
Clips and photos are deleted 90 days after your order is done. Order records stay so your warranty works and repeat repairs are faster.
Your choices
Want something corrected or deleted? Message us on WhatsApp at +91 93251 50810 or write to hello@fixthis.in and we will sort it out. Deleting your order history also ends its warranty cover, since the record is the proof.
