The deal in one paragraph
We collect your appliance from your home, or you bring it to our store. We check it at our store or at a fixthis partner workshop, send you the price, and repair it only if you say yes. If you say no, or it cannot be fixed, you get it back and you do not pay for a repair. The check is charged either way, and so are the pickup and return if we collected it.
Booking
You book on our website or on WhatsApp. On the website, you confirm your phone number with a code we send on WhatsApp. We check each booking before it goes ahead, and our WhatsApp messages to you are your record of the order.
Pickup from your home
We pick up and drop off in Pune and Delhi NCR. You choose the day, today or one of the next four days, and a two-hour slot between 9 am and 7 pm. Pickup and return are charged together, and the amount depends on the distance.
Bringing it to our store
You can bring your appliance to our store in Baner, Pune. Book on your phone at the store, then give it to the person at the counter. There is no pickup charge. When it is ready, we tell you on WhatsApp and you collect it from the store.
What we charge
Up to three things: the check, the pickup and return together, and the repair itself. None of them is a fixed rate. The pickup depends on the distance from your address, so we tell you when you book; there is none if you bring it to our store. The check depends on the appliance and the fault, so we know it only once a technician has opened it, and it comes to you with the repair price. The check and the pickup are payable whether or not you go ahead. The repair is parts and labour, and you pay it only if you say yes.
The price
Before any repair starts, we send you the parts and the price on WhatsApp, with a video of the problem. Tapping yes on the link is your go-ahead. The price does not change after you say yes. If we find something new, we stop and ask you again.
Payment
You pay when your appliance is back with you, after it is repaired and tested: on delivery, or at the store if you collect it there. Cash, UPI or card.
Care of your item
Your appliance is in our care from the moment we collect it, or you hand it over at our store, until it is back with you. If we damage or lose it, we pay you up to its fair value.
Items not collected
If we cannot reach you to return your appliance, or you do not collect it from the store, we keep trying for 60 days. After that we may dispose of it. We will tell you on WhatsApp well before that happens.
Warranty
We cover only what we fixed, for 1 month to 1 year depending on the repair. We tell you the cover period for your repair before we start.
